“What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay in seashells?”

“Is checkout safe? Or should I cross my fingers for good luck?”

Totally safe! Our checkout is secure, encrypted and protected — basically wrapped in digital bubble wrap. No finger-crossing required.

 

“How are refunds processed? Do they magically appear?”

Almost! Once we receive your return and give it the “still brand new” approval, your refund is processed back to your original payment method.

 

Timing-wise banks usually take 3–5 business days to pop it back into your account.

 

“Can I change my payment method after ordering?”

Sadly, no. Once your order is placed, it’s locked in — kind of like a love story between your card and your new jewellery. If you need help, though, just message us!

 

"What if my payment doesn't go through? Do I scream into the ocean?"
