“What if I open my parcel and my jewellery isn’t exactly what I dreamed of?”

No stress! If your item arrives and it’s not love at first sparkle, you can return or exchange it within 30 days — as long as it’s unworn, unused, and still in its cosy little packaging.

 

“Can I return earrings? My lobes are picky.”

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings unless they arrived faulty. Sensitive ears deserve safe vibes only.

 

“What if my jewellery is faulty, damaged or acting a little dramatic?”

If something shows up not looking its best, message us ASAP. We’ll replace or refund it — quickly and with zero fuss.

 

“How do I start a return or exchange? Do I need a carrier pigeon?”

No pigeons required. Just reach out to us via our contact page or email, and we’ll give you the simple steps. Easy-peasy.

 

“Who pays for return shipping?”

If the item is faulty or we messed something up (oops), we cover it.
If it’s a change-of-mind or size swap, return postage is on you — but we’ll still handle it with love.

 

“How long until I get my refund?”

Once your item comes back to us and passes the ‘still brand new’ vibe check, refunds usually take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

 

“Can I exchange for a different style or size?”

Absolutely! If your piece doesn’t fit your vibe or your finger, you’re welcome to swap it for something that sparks joy.

 

“What if my jewellery tarnishes?”

It won’t — but if it ever does, you’re covered by our Lifetime Colour Warranty. We’ll replace it, no questions asked.
