Frequently Asked Questions PJ

Does it hurt to get permanent/soldered jewellery?
Not at all, the process is quick, safe, and completely painless. The welding is done on the chain, not your skin.

Can I remove it if I need to?
Yes, if needed, it can be easily removed with scissors or by a jeweller, and even re-welded later.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our pieces are made with high quality, waterproof materials designed for everyday wear, so they won’t easily tarnish or discolour your skin.

What happens if it breaks?
Accidents happen, if your chain happens to break, we can usually reattach or repair it, just get in touch.

Can I wear it through airport security or during activities?
Yes, you can wear your jewellery through daily life, including showering, swimming, and travelling. If required (e.g. for medical procedures), it can be removed and reattached later.

What’s the difference between soldered jewellery and traditional clasp jewellery?

The difference comes down to how it’s worn and the experience behind it. Soldered jewellery is custom fitted and permanently welded closed, meaning there’s no clasp and no need to take it on and off. It’s designed to be worn every day, effortlessly.

Traditional clasp jewellery, on the other hand, has a fastening so you can remove it whenever you like. In short: soldered jewellery is seamless and permanent, while clasp jewellery is removable and more traditional.

Can I book a soldered jewellery experience for a group or special event?

Absolutely! Group bookings are a perfect fit for a soldered jewellery experience. Whether it’s a birthday, bridal shower, hens, corporate event or just because, we bring a seamless elevated experience to your event. Each guest is custom fitted and leaves with their own permanent piece, no clasps, no fuss, just effortless, lasting jewellery.

Spots can fill quickly for events, so its best to book in advance to secure your date.
