Glad you asked! While our gold is basically invincible, a few things sit outside the guarantee:
Pearls being pearls: Genuine freshwater pearls can be a little delicate and may naturally change over time. Any discolouration or changes to pearls aren’t covered.
Everyday wear & tear: Small scratches or bumps from living your best life aren’t included.
Misuse or accidents: If your jewellery was run over by a car, chewed by a puppy, or used as a fidget toy — that’s on the “nope” list.
